How Many Kings by Downhere

I have heard this song a couple of times but never caught the name of the group and Sunday at church they played it at the beginning and end of the Childrens Christmas Play. Then today on Facebook one of my friends made a comment about loving the song by Downhere..."How Many Kings". I did a search and found it. I hope you enjoy it!!

Oh Christmas Tree

Here she is....

Oh how I love my tree this year...I totally changed my colors. It was time for a makeover and I couldn't be happier. Now if there was someway to keep Carson from taking the ornaments off. His new game is...Lets see how many ornaments he can take off before he gets caught. :) He was so excited when we brought all the ornaments out. He was pulling Santas and snowmen out of the storage box faster than I could pick them up. I can tell this Christmas is going to be awesome!!

Trying to think of decorations for the party...if you have any ideas leave me a comment!! I would greatly appreciate it.

Martha did a awesome job on the cake and creating the prego lady on the cake. She is made from clay and is a keep sake for Leslie!

Leslie with a wonderful handmade blanket for Baby Lee. It was made by a lady Josh works with. I love it!!! Definitely a Keepsake!!

I hope my "Friends" on this blog join me over at www.younameituniqueboutique.blogspot.com.

Party with 4 year olds

Today was Andrew's Preschool Halloween Party. I took the day off to go enjoy the party and to go shopping afterwards for a few last minute decorations for Leslie's Baby Tea Sunday. Here are a few pics from the event.
They first started out the day by making their own pizzas.

Next they were able to meet a very special person in Andrew's life...Mario. He loves to play Super Mario Brothers!! So he was happy...but you can't tell by this picture. Ha!

Then it was time for some Halloween snacks.

To be finished off with a picture with Mom. This made my day! He usually does not like to have his picture made me.

I can't believe this time next year my baby will be in Kindergarten. Where did the time go?

I am so excited about a new adventure that I have decided to take along with a relative. Check back in the next few days to see what it is. I may announce it tomorrow...still working on a few details. I hope everyone has a great Friday!!!

FiFi's Baby Tea Invitation

Here is a sneak peak at Leslies (FiDesigns) Baby Tea Invitations. I am totally lovin' it! I love the zebra print and turquoise and the little rhinestone on the purse adds just the right "bling" to it.

I had the layout/design pictured in my head but I have to say they turned out so much better than I expected. They took a while to make but it was so worth it. I can't wait to post pictures from the tea...I have some really cute decor and I am hoping it will look really "fab" as Fi says.

Have a Terrific Thursday!

The Pumpkin Patch

Here are a few pics from Andrew's 1st Field Trip....we went to the pumpkin patch. I have been looking forward to the day I could go on a field trip with my kids. My mother & Carson came along also. Carson had a blast, he thought he was just as big as the other kids.

I'm not to sure what Carson is doing here...is he looking for chewing gum under the table?

A great time was had by all.

Here She Is....Summer Jane

I wanted to post some pics of our newest addition to the family....Summer Jane.

She was 13 days old in these pics. She was so alert and hungry. We had to take a few breaks for mom to feed her but it was worth it. She did great!!! Andrew & Carson were so excited for "Baby Summer" to finally make a visit to our house. I think we will keep her, she is just so precious!!

I am so excited...tomorrow Leslie (FiDesigns) & I are going to the Autumn Street Fair in McMinnville. This is the first time for us to go. We really don't know much about it but from what we hear it sounds great. I hope to come back with some goodies.

Have a great weekend!!!

I WON

I am so excited...I actually won something. A few weeks ago I entered a giveaway on The Fabulous Find (her button is located on my sidebar) at a chance to win a Jamie Rae Hat. These are so cute and stylish. This is not the hat I won. Go check out her site at www.jamieraehats.com. She is so talented.

Now as you know I do not have a little girl but we were blessed on Sept. 10th with a new addition to my husbands side of the family...and it was a girl, her name is Summer Jane. I do believe she is the cutest baby girl I have ever seen and will look so cute & stylish in her new hat.
Summer will be making her blog debut sometime this week. I am so excited she is coming to our house tomorrow night to get her pictures made...and I am hoping the hat will be delivered today or tomorrow so I can get a picture of her modeling it.

Also, click on The Fabulous Finds button on the right side to visit this site. This site is cool. She does product reviews & giveaways of the neatest things. Alot of the stuff she reviews or givesaway I have never heard of. She is one talented business lady. She has started I believe 2 children clothes lines and had various other jobs in the business industry. Trust me you will be glad you found the site. Hope everyone has a great Tuesday!!

ETSY

I added more appliques to my ETSY shop yesterday...here they are.

These are ready to be ironed on....how simple is that...or after ironing on they can be hand or machine stitched to add a little something to it. I love the E & H material...so great for Fall. Look back later in the week for a little something for the spooks.

Goodbye Summer..Hello Fall

I love Fall....it is probably my favorite season. I love to decorate inside and out. We usually have a Fall Fun Fest for our family and friends in our backyard. Everyone has been asking if we are having it this year, and yes we are having it just have to work out the plans.

So with the seasons changing it was time to take down my front door decoration. I was soooo proud of this because I made it. This was the first time I was actually able to finish a floral arrangement. My mom didn't believe me when she first saw...she finally believed me when I showed her all the stuff I purchased to make it. Here is a close up of it....

I really hated to take it down....I really like it. Here is a view of it hanging on the door....

Sorry the pic is not straight...that really bugs me.. :)

Here is a closeup of my new scarecrow I purchased at our local flower shop.... and again...

I think he is cute but I am not please with the way it looks....I am going to search through my fall stuff this afternoon to see what else I have to hang up...may add a little something to him to spruce him up.

More pics to come as I finish decorating for fall. If you love fall like I do...post a comment or add it to your blog. I would love to see how everyone else decorates. Have a great weekend.
