Sail Away

First off I would like to say I am extremely blessed to have a great boss and coworkers. Like anywhere else sometimes people have disagreements... but for the most part we all get along great.

Jim Ed (my boss) is the best. My friends & coworkers, Sharon & Sarah & I are always saying how blessed we are to have such a great boss. For Christmas, he rents a limo to drive us to eat at Morton's in Nashville. Needless to say this is the only time I get to eat there. My husband (Chris) loves steaks and he can't wait to go... we all look so forward to this!!

Just recently Jim Ed had us all to his houseboat for a "Fall Sail Away" and it was awesome!! He had Spankies in Cookeville to cater the food.... steaks, chicken, spinach & artichoke dip, shrimp & so much more. We even had some entertainment, some ( not me) played "Rock Band" in the living room. A great time was had by all!!! Again, we (me & my coworkers) are truly blessed!! Here are some pics.

Our Weekend in Pigeon Forge

Well we got back this afternoon from spending the weekend in The Smokies. This was a well deserved little vacation. I just didn't have enough time to see everything I wanted. I only made it to 1 mall.
Last night while waiting at Johnny Carbinos (I think that is what it was called) we received a bad call regarding Chris' uncle JW. He fell backwards down the steps, landed on their marble floor at the bottom of the staircase, busted the back of his head open and was knocked out. He had to be airlifted to Earlanger in Chattanooga. As of tonight he will be in ICU for about 3-5 days.

Andrew did get to play putt putt golf, ride some rides & play games. Unfortunately I did not get pictures of it cause I was shopping. But I did get some of him & Carson at The Applebarn. I hope everyone had a great weekend. Here are the pictures

One Busy Weekend

Shww...where did the time go? It just seems like yesterday it was Friday. I have had a busy, stressful & great weekend. I had a portrait session Sat. morning with beautiful Ellie for her 4 year portrait session. She has grown so much, she is not the little girl from 2 years ago that I photographed. She was awesome & so are her pictures.

Later that day I made fall portraits at Autumn In The Park for about 2 & a half hours. A good turn out was had & it look like a bunch of kids had a great time!!

It seems like I only saw my husband for about 3 hours all weekend. He & his brother fished in a 2 day fishing tournament in Nashville and I got a great call this afternoon... They won... they won a new boat. So needless to say I was very happy & proud of them. And the boys were very happy to see their daddy. Andrew told his daddy tonight..."I missed you so so much today daddy". It was so cute!!

OK, here are some pictures from this weekend... I hope everyone had a great weekend!!!

I LOVE this picture...she looks like she needs to be in a magazine!!

Morning Session with Colby

Yesterday morning Colby & his mother Terrie came for a session. We had fun running around trying to take his picture. He was excited about going to the Nashville Zoo afterwards. Here are some of the pictures.

There is something about these 2 pictures I just love.. I guess you can just see the love for eachother. I am happy I succeed in capturing the moment!

I hope everyone has a great rest of the weekend!! I have another session this afternoon so maybe I will be able post the pictures later today.
