Homecoming 08

We attended the middle school homecoming Thursday night to watch 2 very special girls receive recognition. My cousin Erin (purple dress) was named 8th grade attendant for the West school & my oldest son Andrew's big girlfriend, Lydia (white dress) was named 2008 Homecoming queen. He calls her his "big idia".

They looked so beautiful!!! I can't believe they will start high school next year. Where has the time gone? I remember taking these girls to see Sesame Street Live when they where 3 or 4 years old. I am very proud of them!! Love you girls.

I will be posting some pictures soon of some more of my work (photography & jewelry). I may try to get them on tonight, so keep checking back. I hope everyone has a save & happy Labor Day Weekend!! So far ours had not started out on a good note. Andrew had a stomach virus all night Friday night, but I am happy to say he is feeling much better now, unfortunately I am afraid my husband is about to get it. Maybe we will be able to enjoy our holiday Monday.

Autumn In The Park
Smithville Women's & Professional Business Club will host their annual Autumn In The Park at Green Brook Park on Sat. Sept 20th 3:00 - 9:00. I will be setup to make fall portraits 3:00-5:?
So bring the kids out for free entertainment & of course PICTURES!!! I will list the portrait packages & prices soon.

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. Mine was rather busy, but also productive! We managed to clean the house, take in revival, a photo session, and a birthday party.

I also created some bracelets that I will post today, but for now are some pictures from the session with beatuiful Emily. She has grown so much since her 6 month session.

My First Blog

I am very excited about starting a blog for my business. I have wanted to do this for sometime, so I finally made time. I hope to keep everyone up to date with what is going on is my busy life. So be on the lookout for some awesome pictures and some other items that are of interest to me.

I would like to say that I am a crafty person, but I don't really consider myself one. I have several things I like to do. I just recently pulled out my jewelry kit from about 5 years (before Andrew was born). I have started making some items and hopefully I will get some pictures posted this weekend. I am not making any promises... I have a photo session tomorrow and a session from last weekend I need to work on. But I will try my best to get some work on here soon!
